20% Full Cowling will increase the user's jump and activate permanent running. It will also refrain "Detroit Smash" from breaking your arm. 50% Full Cowling will now also refrain "Manchester Smash" from breaking your legs, and will allow the user to use "Delaware Smash" 10 times before breaking their fingers. 100% Full Cowling will prevent any limb from breaking and turquoise lightning will form around the user's body, and turquoise fire will appear on the face of the user. (Cooldown: 10 seconds for 100% 8 seconds for 50% 5 seconds for 20%) |

Potential Combos:[]
X, Z, V, X (Continuous Damage) - This combo utilises the potential of Deku One for All in its ability to spam for its [X] and, to a lesser extent, [Z] skills. This, coupled with the [V] skill’s hitbox can prove that it can be an extremely powerful combo that is very easy to pull off as well.
Difficulty: Very Easy
Damage: High (10.2x Dmg)
Q, C (Close-Ranged, Stun) - This combo is used solely for close-quarters combat as the range of both [Q] and [C] are very limited. If an opponent is getting too close for comfort, use [Q] to push them away slightly then follow it up with [C] which knocks the enemy into the air long enough for the user to escape with a back dash to a safe distance, or to follow it up with another combo. Note that this move is not effective to stun-resistant quirks like <Muscle Augmentation> and <Shock Absorption> as they are barely affected by the stun. Although, <Muscle Augmentation> users still get knocked into the air by [C] normally.

Strengths:[]
- Deku One for All grants its user complete immunity to stun and the [F] skill boosts the user’s speed making them very hard to hit in PvP combat.
- Deku One for All has a Two Tier gadget of its own giving it a large damage boost when used.
- New people can use this quirk easily due to the stun resistance and permanent running.
- This quirk can be used to keep enemies at bay because of the range it has, but be careful when being repetitive because skilled players can adapt and kill you easily
- Due to it being fast and spammable actions like dodging and hitting enemies with v or others isn’t to hard allowing you to dodge and land shots
Weaknesses:[]
- Since Deku One for All users have to rely on their gadgets, they have to choose between using their Air Force Gloves or event armor making them weaker in the long run.
- All of Deku One for All moves are slow moving except for [C] [V] and [Q] which makes them extremely easy to dodge.

You Need: Quirkless, 50,000 Positive Fame, 3000 Levels
Go to the All Might Statue at the spawn, then using the statue as a compass (Front as north) go East and talk to Deku (NPC) near Nezu (NPC) and get Deku One For All
